The working principle of the circular labeling machine:

After the signal is processed, when the bottle reaches the position of the label, the stepping motor starts, and the printer works at the same time to print the date on the label. When the label tape passes through the peeling plate, because the label on the label tape is hard, it is not easy to turn sharply along the glass plate. Therefore, when the bottom paper of the label tape turns sharply, the label continues to move forward due to inertia and separates from the bottom paper. Paste it with the bottle that is transported in place, enter the roller sticking device for rolling, and stick it on the container bottle. When another sensor detects that a tag has passed completely, it sends a stepping motor stop signal. Complete a labeling process of the circular labeling machine.
