The fully automatic small desktop liquid filling machine production line integrates the processes of filling, capping and labeling into a miniature intelligent system with a tabletop area of ≤ 1.5 square meters. Through PLC control and servo drive technology, it realizes empty bottle loading, high-precision filling (error ± 0.5%), torque-controlled capping and high-speed labeling (20-50 bottles per minute). Its modular design is suitable for 30-500ml conventional bottle types and supports the filling of aqueous solutions, oils and low-viscosity liquids.
