The 20kg fully automatic four-head edible oil filling machine is specially designed for large-capacity edible oils (rapeseed oil, peanut oil, blended oil). It features four-position servo synchronous filling, using high-precision weighing sensors to achieve an accuracy of ±0.2%, with a single barrel filling capacity of 20kg. It supports square barrels, round barrels, and IBC ton barrels, addressing the issues of inaccurate filling, oxidation and rancidity, and low efficiency in large-bottle filling.

Fast and slow dual-speed filling
The fast-slow dual-speed filling prevents air bubbles in the material during filling and prevents the material from overflowing and contaminating the bottle body.
Intelligent feedback
The system can store 20 sets of formulas. Once the initial storage is completed, they can be called up at any time during the production process. The switching takes only one second and the operation is simple and convenient.
Automatic bottle mouth positioning
With an automatic bottle mouth positioning function, it ensures the accurate alignment of the filling nozzle, preventing the contact between the filling head and the container mouth from affecting the filling accuracy.
Two-speed filling
The positioning stopbar mechanism driven by servo motors or stepper motors ensures that the barrel opening is precisely aligned below the filling nozzle.
The oil enters the buffer tank through the discharge port to prevent the pressure caused by direct filling from affecting the measurement accuracy. This helps to increase the accuracy of the filling process.
